I’m celebrating my holidays with this wicked new tool I found on a site with a strange name – The Plonker Clubwww.theplonkerclub.com ! They have a search engine on there which picks out Gordon Ramsay recipes from all over the internet – which is unstandable when they unofficially call themselves the Gordon Ramsay Fanclub.

So tonight, in my Seven Days with Gordon Ramsay week, I typed in pasta and of the dishes that came up – I selected “Pasta With Pancetta, Leek & Mushrooms”

This took me to a website in Australia with their food channel with the full recipe.

I’m off to the shops, then back for dinner with Gordon Ramsay!
