Gordon Ramsay's Lasange Al Forno. My first attempt at making lasagne was me trying to use up leftover spaghetti sauce and a box of dried pasta sheets that had been in the kitchen cupboard forever. Unfortunately I didn't have enough sauce ... So as to not repeat this incident again; I followed a recipe, and even tried making pasta from scratch! (Mainly because we don't have a square baking dish and I end up with tiny shards of pasta if I try to break up the dried sheets) ...
